Delivery Conditions
- Sign up with up-to-date information
Make sure to fill out the membership form with complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problems that may arise after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact information in your membership details. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you have entered. To avoid any problems during delivery, you must write your address in detail.
- Place your order and track your shipment
By going to the page of the product you want to buy and selecting your preferred color and size, you can add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Afterwards, by clicking "My Cart" in the top right corner of our page, you can complete your order by entering your shipping and payment information.
a) Which shipping company will deliver my order?
For your purchases made on our site, whether with cash on delivery, credit card at the door with installments or with a single payment, MNG Cargo will be used.
b) How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for purchases of 200 TL or more. For purchases made on our site, the shipping fee is fixed at 12 TL for all cities within Turkey. If you choose to pay at the door, an additional Door Payment Service Fee of 8.00 TL must be paid to the shipping company.
c) I have placed my order, what happens next?
After your order reaches our system without any problems, an email containing details about your order will be sent to the email address you used when creating your membership. Due to the limited working hours of ourselves and the shipping companies, our need to continue working while maintaining social distance, and the density of shipments caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, your products will be delivered to the shipping company within 6-7 days. After your product is delivered to the shipping company, we will send you another email to inform you about the shipment.
d) How can I track the status of my order?
After logging in to our site, you can track all orders you have placed by clicking on the "Enter Order Information" link under the Message (Chat) Module on our site, and entering your Order Number (E.g. MiniHobievi12342020) and the Email Address you used to place your order. The system will automatically match the information and show your current order status. Alternatively, you can track your order from the "My Orders" section on your membership page.
- What to watch out for when receiving the product
When receiving the shipment, open and check the packages that you think have been damaged in the presence of the delivery officer. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and make a report with the cargo company. Remember that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty.
- Warranty Conditions
- All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the warranty, you must check the product during delivery.
- If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and make a report.
- Any changes made to the product, deformations, or alterations to the original design are not covered by the warranty.
- Product Return Conditions If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us through our online support section or our contact number within 7 days of delivery. After providing us with the necessary information, you can send the defective product back to us with the same cargo company. We will replace the defective product with a new one. If we have made a mistake in sending the wrong product or a missing item, we will make the necessary corrections and replacements as soon as possible. If the customer requests a replacement even though the correct item has been sent, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
